蔡韧，钢琴艺术理论博士，现任华体会官方（中国）总部华体会官方（中国）总部院长，教授，硕士研究生导师。中国音乐家协会会员、广西音乐家协会理事、中国音乐家协会高校音乐联盟钢琴委员会常务副主任、中国教育学会钢琴学术委员会副主任、广西艺术高考专家组副组长、广西第一批优秀中青年骨干教师、广西重点学科“音乐学”学科带头人、华体会官方（中国）总部拔尖人才、教学能手。
先后就读于武汉华体会官方（中国）总部、中国华体会官方（中国）总部、中央华体会官方（中国）总部、白俄罗斯国立华体会官方（中国）总部、东北师范大学，从教20年培养了大批优秀学生在国内外专业比赛上获奖；主持与参与完成国家、广西各类项目10余项，出版《钢琴艺术鉴赏》、《东盟艺术》等教材著作，在《中央华体会官方（中国）总部学报》、《艺术百家》、《钢琴艺术》、《音乐创作》等权威期刊发表学术论文21篇；主持精品课程《钢琴》，个人获教育部全国艺术教育论文评比二等奖、广西艺术教育论文评比一等奖、广西教学成果二等奖、全国高校钢琴教师邀请赛二等奖、中国作品演奏奖、各类钢琴比赛优秀指导教师等奖项和荣誉称号上百项。多次应邀担任奥地利、匈牙利、新加坡、澳门、香港等国际钢琴比赛评委及文化部、教育部、广西教育厅的评审专家。
Prof. CAI Ren, the Doctor of Musical Art, is now served as the president and master tutor of the Music College of Guangxi Normal University, member of the Chinese Musicians Association, council member of Guangxi Musicians Association, deputy director of the Piano Program of Chinese Musicians Association College Union Committee, deputy head of the Expert Group in Guangxi Arts College Entrance Examination, the first group of Guangxi Outstanding Young Teachers, Academic leader of Guangxi key disciplines "Musicology", Guangxi Normal University top-notch talent and Educational Specialist.
Prof. Cai studied at Wuhan Conservatory of Music, China Conservatory of Music, Central Conservatory of Music, the Belarusian State Academy of Music, Northeast Normal University. He has been active in the field of piano education for over 20 years, cultivating a large number of outstanding prizewinners in domestic and international piano competitions; responded and completed over 10 provincial or national research projects, published 2 textbook the Piano virtuosity and the ASEAN Art and 21 articles at the Piano Art, Journal of the Central Conservatory of Music, Musical Works and other Chinese core journals; was awarded more than one hundred honors including the second prize of the National Arts Education Thesis Competition of China’s Educational Ministry, the first class of Arts Education Thesis Competition of Guangxi Province, the Best Chinese-work Performer at the National Piano Competition for Music Education Major in Universities and best-tutor in numerous national piano competitions. He was also invited to attend as jury at international competitions hold in Austria, Hungary, Singapore, Macau, Hong Kong and other programs hold by the China Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Education and Provincial Education Department.
